Since 2013 , I have taken pride in leading driver meetings that serve as a dynamic forum for safety and collaboration. These sessions go far beyond routine updates, offering drivers a unique opportunity to engage directly with critical topics, share their perspectives, and strengthen their connection to our shared mission.

Inviting expert guest speakers, including representatives from the Illinois State Police and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration .

Introducing impactful demonstrations, such as the “Seat Belt Convincer” , which offers drivers a hands-on experience that underscores the life-saving importance of seat belt use.

Encouraging open forums where drivers can ask questions, address concerns, and contribute to solutions in real-time.
